- Develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes
- Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive key initiatives around workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
- Manage strategic programmes aimed at driving business value across the region
- Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide initiatives
- Coordinate best practices and implement effective programmes across multiple countries
