Company Description

Calculus Carbon is a capital advisory firm working with institutional-grade Nature-based Solutions (NbS) asset owners in the Global South. We are hired by asset owners to raise different layers of the capital stack against their NbS assets or holding companies. For mature businesses with established revenue profiles, we structure and execute equity raises at the project company or holdco level. Calculus Carbon is a Mass Ascent portfolio company, backed by IE Ventures II.

We currently work with 35 Natural Capital Funds across the EU, UK and Singapore on the buy side, and hold over 20 active sell-side mandates from institutional asset owners across Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa. Our work spans Afforestation, Agroforestry, Aquaculture, Regenerative Agriculture and Restoration projects.
