About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Transactional Tax Attorney  to join our Advanced Tax Strategies (ATS)  group in the Dallas (Southlake Area) office.

This is a high-impact, leadership-level role  for an attorney with deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing sophisticated tax strategies for entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

You will play a key role in shaping complex transactions, working closely with corporate teams, and leading client engagements from initial structuring through final implementation.
