Senior Autism Support Worker – Growth & 9:30–3:30

West Sussex Autism CIC is looking for a dedicated individual for a senior learning support role to assist a young adult with autism in Horsham. This position allows for personal impact while supporting development in a nurturing environment.

The role involves planning and engaging in activities to enhance the client's independence, all while working alongside a compassionate team. Opportunities for professional growth are available as the service expands.

Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and a full UK driving licence, with training provided for Proact-SCIP.
