Senior Automation & AI Testing Engineer

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Testing Engineer to design and own the testing strategy for a platform where every output has real-world consequences. This is not a traditional QA role. You’ll be building test frameworks for an AI system that processes complex inputs against detailed rule sets, a domain where false positives waste time and false negatives create risk.

You’ll define what “correct” means for AI-generated outputs, build the tooling to measure it, and create the feedback loops that drive continuous improvement. You’ll work across the full stack: From unit and integration testing of the platform’s services, to evaluation frameworks for the AI pipeline’s outputs, to end-to-end automated testing of the complete workflow.
