Senior AV / Broadcast Operations Lead

Overview

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Senior AV / Broadcast Operations Lead for a contract role. This is an onsite role, requiring regular in-person presence to support studio, broadcast, and live production operations. The role is highly visible and executive-facing, working closely with production, AV, and broadcast leadership to deliver high-quality live and recorded content.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio AV operations for live broadcasts, podcasts, and video productions, including live switcher operation.
• Execute real-time video transitions, graphics, and cues during live productions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to AV technicians and production staff.
• Maintain broadcast-quality standards across all audio and video outputs.
