Opportunity Description
Core Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands‑on backend engineering experience in enterprise production environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic SDLC / AI‑DRL pipelines covering requirements ingestion, automated specification generation, AI-assisted development, code review, and quality gates
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, and Microservices Architecture
- Experience integrating and operating LLM Agents using frameworks such as LangChain4J, Spring AI, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent
- Hands‑on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI orchestration frameworks, and multi‑agent workflows
- Strong expertise in RAG Pipelines, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Prompt Engineering for enterprise‑scale development workflows
- Experience building event‑driven architectures using Apache Kafka and developing cloud‑native solutions on AWS
