Responsibilities

• Providing top quality barber services
• Client consultations to analyze hair type, head shape, facial features and scalp condition to recommend best style and barber service
• Hair washing and blow-drying hair to desired style
• Recommending hair and beard care products best suited for client
• Performing hair cutting and styling with precision and detail using a wide variety of tools and techniques
• Cutting, lining up, shaving and styling facial hair using a variety of tools and techniques
• Following industry sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure clean and safe practices
• Reviewing appointment schedule to ensure that all bookings are correct
• Managing all payment transactions including tips tracking and end of day till balance
• Self-promote barber services
• Maintaining strong client rapport
