What You'll Do

• Prepare cocktails and beverages with precision, following recipes and presentation standards, for both bar and restaurant. Contribute to seasonal and signature menu development.
• Deliver personalised service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and offering recommendations from our menu, including cocktails, spirits, and wines.
• Manage orders efficiently by accurately noting guests’ selections, ensuring timely preparations, and coordinating with the team and floor staff for seamless service.
• Take food orders and offer informed recommendations, with strong knowledge of the food menu, allergens and dietary options.
