We´re looking for part time (35 h per hour) summer holidays Key Functions & Responsibilities · Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques. · Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers. · Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any. · Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more. · Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines. · Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards. · Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization. · Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consum...
