**The Role & Key Responsibilities:**

+ Benchmark benefits to ensure appropriate positioning in market whilst achieving global harmonization where possible by developing cost effective recommendations
+ Support the review and negotiation of benefit plan renewals
+ Provided strategic oversight of company retirement offerings, including the creation and launch of pension schemes aligned to regulatory compliance, cost efficiency
