Senior Benefits Analyst

Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards, we are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to manage complex, large-scale datasets supporting our Benefits operations. This role requires advanced Excel expertise, a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy, and the ability to navigate incomplete or messy data environments while building robust, scalable processes.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured problem-solving, demonstrates intellectual curiosity, and is motivated to deeply understand systems, data flows, and benefits administration—even without prior direct experience.
