Senior BIM Engineer (Hybrid or Remote) (KYBIM2303) Limavady, Northern Ireland

Salary: GBP50,000 – GBP55,000 per annum + package.

Location: Limavady, Northern Ireland. Hybrid option or remote (based in NI).

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Design, the BIM Engineer will take ownership of detailed modelling and digital coordination across modular and containerised systems. The role combines hands‑on BIM design with coordination across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring designs are practical, accurate, and ready for manufacture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Revit models for modular units, containers and skid‑based systems.
• Model structural frameworks, enclosures and supporting components.
• Coordinate electrical containment systems (tray, ladder, trunking, busbar).
• Model internal and external cabling routes.
