Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement territory plans and key account objectives
- Promote Amgen's products by communicating key messages to healthcare partners
- Evaluate monthly progress against plans and implement necessary course corrections
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to align on account objectives
- Report customer activity and maintain up-to-date profiles within the CRM system
- Demonstrate understanding of industry trends and healthcare operations in clinics and hospitals
- Manage activities within the agreed expense budget and prioritize customer follow-ups
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving results
- Proficiency with CRM databases and MS Office
