BCOM or equivalent degree
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm environment
Full bookkeeping function and to be able to work on multiple client books
Proficiency in accounting software: Xero, Sage Online, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
Proficiency in payroll software: SimplePay, VIP, and Sage Pastel Payroll
Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll legislation, and statutory compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients, including capturing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing ledgers.
