MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

+ Develop and deliver category business plan and operational plan

+ Work with Brand Communities on innovation, media, activation

+ Build cross-functional partnerships


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Lead innovation gatekeeping and deployment

+ Ensure consumer-driven business planning

+ Align brand plans with stakeholders

+ Lead activation and communications

+ Drive market share growth (innovation, promotion, pricing, 6P)

+ Foster entrepreneurial growth mindset

+ Deliver P&L and forecasting

+ Lead team development (Assistant Brand Manager)
