Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Bridge Design Engineer to support and lead bridge and structural engineering efforts for transportation projects, with a strong emphasis on work for MnDOT. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions across the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, documentation, and construction support. The engineer will perform structural calculations, modeling, analysis, and design; prepare contract documents such as plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates; and manage multi‑disciplinary projects from the proposal phase through design and construction support, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs.
