Senior Business Analyst – Appian BPM

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days onsite preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
   • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit| analyze| and document business requirements (functional and non-functional).
   • Conduct workshops| interviews| and process walkthroughs to understand current-state processes (AS-IS) and define future-state (TO-BE).
   • Translate business needs into clear user stories| use cases| and acceptance criteria.
   • Act as a trusted advisor to business and product owners.
2. BPM & Process Optimization
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement| automation| and re-engineering.
   • Create process maps| BPMN diagrams| workflows| and decision models.
   • Define KPIs and ensure continuous process monitoring and optimization.
   • Leverage Appians process modeling capabilities to design end-to-end workflows.
