Senior Business Analyst, Business Initiatives

Sun Life’s Insurance Distribution team is responsible for growing sales of life and health insurance. The Senior Business Analyst – Business Initiatives supports analytics and reporting, maintains business reporting through collaborative work with the Sales team and internal partners, and ensures data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
ResponsibilitiesReport and analyze performance data for the Business Initiatives team, creating enhanced analytics and reporting tools.
Monitor and resolve production data and platform issues, reconciling reporting discrepancies to minimize disruption to sales teams.
Lead the annual sales target‑setting process in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Maintain regional and advisor alignment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Build and nurture internal relationships to resolve issues and enhance reporting and analytics.
