Senior Business Analyst I

The Business Analyst supports the Director of Business Analysis in supporting the design, delivery, and adoption of agentic and AI-enabled workflows across operational environments. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and process transformation skills, curiosity about AI and automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
+ Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights.
+ Analyze and map processes across operations to identify inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities.
+ Support the design of agentic workflows that combine automation and human oversight.
+ Collaborate with technology and operational teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
