A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support one of the most dynamic and demanding areas of the business – a highly creative, high energy division responsible for custom brand experiences. This role is ideal for a senior, self directed BA who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments and translates business needs into clear, actionable outcomes. The initial engagement focuses on resource planning and time management, helping the organization determine the right solution fit while laying the foundation for future delivery.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead discovery and define requirements for resource planning and time tracking initiatives
• Articulating downstream impacts to hourly, salaried, and unionized workers, including payroll and compliance considerations
