Senior Business Analyst

We’re recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Corporate Enablement Office at the Home Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful digital transformation across the Home Office, helping shape smarter, more connected services that support critical business areas including HR, Finance, Estates, Commercial, Security, Communications and Science, Technology, Analysis and Research teams.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead small to medium-sized projects and play a key role in larger programmes by shaping business requirements, driving service improvement and helping deliver user-focused digital solutions aligned to wider organisational strategy. You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and helping ensure solutions deliver real business value.
