Senior Business Analyst - Service Delivery

Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the acceleration of People & Culture technology by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role leads stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and interviews to gather and prioritize requirements, and develops key project artifacts such as business requirements documents and process maps. With deep subject matter expertise in People & Culture (P&C) functions and a strong understanding of the HRIS landscape, the Senior Business Analyst assesses where global solutions can be applied or adapted to meet local needs.

They work closely with global business partners, COEs (P&C Centers of Excellence) and technology teams to align on scope, prioritize requests for implementation and identify risks or compliance considerations.
