Job Description Business Requirements & Analysis
- Engage Business Heads and Business representatives to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to understand current and future-state processes
- Translate business needs into Functional Specification/User Stories/Process and data flows
- Ensure requirements are clear, structured, testable, and aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a primary liaison between Business stakeholders, vendor and IT team
- Facilitate discussions to resolve requirement gaps, ambiguities and conflicts
- Ensure vendor solutions are aligned with business needs and technical constraints
- Support governance processes such as requirement sign‐off, change requirement evaluation, and impact assessment
