Opportunity Description
Lead business analysis activities for CRM transformation from Siebel to Microsoft Dynamics (D365). Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current-state (AS-IS) processes and define future-state (TO-BE) workflows. Map existing Siebel functionalities to Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and identify gaps. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations. Support data migration, integration, and system testing (SIT/UAT) activities. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions. Ensure alignment of CRM solutions with business objectives and customer experience goals. Assist in change management, user training, and documentation for system adoption. Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery.
