Senior Business Consultant

SYNTHESIS is looking for a Manager to Senior Manager-level Business Consultant to join our Singapore office and drive transformation initiatives for clients, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector.

In this role, you will work closely with senior client stakeholders to identify business challenges, shape transformation agendas, and lead consulting workstreams across AI transformation, digital transformation, organizational transformation, operating model design, and business process improvement.

We are looking for someone with solid consulting experience, strong client-facing skills, and a practical understanding of how financial institutions operate.
