Senior Business Development Manager (IT Consulting)

We are looking for a Senior Business Manager based in Singapore to drive new business across the region, with coverage extending to Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, IT consulting, and AI/automation delivery.

This is a pure individual contributor role. We are not looking for a manager — we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to be on the ground, hunting, closing, and building. You will own your pipeline from first call to signed contract, with no team to hide behind and no excuses. Someone hungry, seasoned, and ready to make a real impact from day one.
