Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Account Manager. This is a high-impact, hybrid/in-office role designed for a professionally driven operator who thrives on both sides of the house: opening new logos and quarterbacking long-term client success. You will work directly with the founder and senior leadership to monetize the dense SoCal market and scale our global service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Leverage your existing Orange County and broader SoCal network to identify and sign $5M-$50M B2B operators.
- End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead discovery calls, scope custom service tiers (from contact rate consulting to enterprise managed dialing), and close high-value contracts.
