The Role
You will take full ownership of our loan production team, ensuring both commercial success and operational compliance. You will develop loan officers, optimise workflows, build strategic referral networks, and directly contribute to revenue growth. Your ability to blend business development with team management will be critical.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, ethical lending, and collaboration.
Design and implement efficient loan origination workflows - from lead generation to credit assessment and disbursement.
Develop and execute loan production strategies across our full product suite (e.g., Business Term Loan, SME Loan, Project Financing, Trade Financing, Green Financing).
Monitor daily loan pipeline, ensure timely processing, and resolve bottlenecks.
