This role plays a key part in managing the financial offboarding process for residential property portfolios, ensuring smooth and compliant transitions between managing agents. You will take ownership of the end-to-end financial handover process for assigned properties, working closely with internal departments, clients and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely reconciliations and minimal post-handover queries.
