Senior Business Operations Executive

Traineeship Description: This position reports to the Head of Engineering and Business Operations. The role is responsible for manage full cycle of logistics process, including import and export operations and relevant documents preparation. Role: Learn to manage the full logistics lifecycle, including import and export procedures and local delivery coordination Prepare shipping document (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery Orders) Develop skills in defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with freight forwarders Undergo training in SAP B1 to manage sales orders, GRN and issue sales invoice Ensure day-to-day operations comply with the company SOP Competencies to learn: In-depth understanding of Incoterms and international trade compliance Stakeholder and vendor relationship management End-to-end supply chain logistics management Qualifications: Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Effective oral and written management communication skills
