Purpose of the roleAccountable for the delivery of a programme, a portfolio of projects, or a significant project for leading airline clients and their operatingpanies, as well as Change Management deliverables.

Accountabilities

Shapes, scopes, structures, plans and delivers a business change programme or a number of projects, responsible for driving, co-ordinating and delivering the plans to meet the business objectives, internal control needs and budgets.

Determines, establishes and manages appropriate and effectiveernance structures for the portfolio or programme, clickstreams and projects that are effective at all levels and align with key departmental / corporateernance structures.
