Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
Dole Fresh Fruit is seeking a dynamic Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives across our enterprise systems. This role serves as a strategic liaison between IT and business stakeholders to analyze and improve processes, define requirements, and guide system implementations—particularly those integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Salesforce platforms. As a Lead BSA, you’ll take ownership of requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and systems integration initiatives. You’ll lead small to mid-sized projects, contribute to larger enterprise projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with both business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
