Senior Buyer - Central Distribution Centre

Restaurant Group based in Rosebank is looking for a highly competent, hands-on Senior Buyer – Central Distribution Centre to manage procurement for their central distribution, which supplies all production across the business including grab-and-go meals, bakery, sauces, and desserts.
 
This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment requiring someone who can balance commercial acumen, operational urgency, and strong stakeholder management.

Duties:
 
Own end-to-end buying for the Distribution Centre, including fresh produce, bulk ingredients (oils, grains, dry goods), and non-food items (cleaning materials, consumables, etc.)
