Essential Job Functions: Perform complex troubleshooting and development assistance for live systems. Manage resolution of complex issues to include escalation, system testing, strategy sessions, and distribution of knowledge throughout the company. Act as the bridge between the support team and business role player. Write sample code and technical articles on system resolutions. Perform troubleshooting sessions with tech leads/team leads.
