Responsibilities
- Personalised Care: Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Companionship: Offering emotional support and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Leadership Duties: Supervising and mentoring care staff, conducting appraisals, supervisions, and interviews, administering medication, maintaining accurate records, supporting care planning, audits, and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Promoting Wellbeing: Encouraging residents to engage in activities that enrich their lives, tailored to their interests and abilities.

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
