Senior Care Community Associate - Hands-on & Impactful

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Community Care Associate to join the team at Senja Care Home in Singapore. In this role, you will assist Senior and Staff Nurses in delivering optimal healthcare services to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while conducting group activities.

The ideal candidate will hold at least a GCE N level and preferably have a higher certificate in healthcare support. Experience in rehabilitation services or nursing homes is preferred.
