Senior CDM/PD Consultant

Hays Health & Safety are pleased to be working with a leading construction consultancy offering Health & Safety services across Northern UK. We are looking for an experienced Senior CDM Consultant to lead consultancy services across a diverse range of construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work at both strategic and operational levels, influencing safety culture andpliance from project inception through topletion.

You will act as the lead consultant on health & safetymissions, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members. The position also involves contributing to business development, supporting bids and proposals, and driving best practice across the organisation.
