Senior Change Management Analyst

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' proven experience working solely in IT Change Management under IT industry; preferably BPO/Contact Center IT or IT Vendor (IT Systems Integration / infrastructure services /data center services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess change impacts and develop appropriate strategies. (SNOW Analytics preferably with Agentic AI background)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices.
• Familiarity with change management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
