Senior Chatbot Automation Lead — Bilingual EN/Mandarin

Bybit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Chatbot Specialist to enhance and implement strategies for their chatbot, Bybot. This role will manage the entire lifecycle of chatbot development, optimize performance through data analysis, and ensure integration between AI and human support.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least one year of experience in chatbot operations and must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
