With a strong and growing reputation, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards.
What youll be doing
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Taking ownership of your section, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Preparing and delivering high-quality, freshly cooked dishes across our menu
Assisting with ordering, stock control, and minimising waste
Helping to train, guide, and support junior team members
