Senior Civil Engineer - Building Restoration

Are you a seasoned engineer with a passion for solving complex building challenges and the people skills to build long-lasting client relationships?

What You’ll Do

• Manage building restoration projects including concrete restoration, cladding renewal, roof replacement, building condition assessments, and capital planning.
• Lead client engagement—building trust, delivering solutions, and growing relationships.
• Prepare proposals, tender and contract documents, and manage project finances and invoicing.
• Oversee construction‑phase services, including contract administration and site inspections.
• Review and sign off on inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub‑consultants, and approval agencies.
• Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes.
