Senior Civil Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join a Christchurch team and lead civil design and delivery across land development, subdivisions, three‑waters, and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead civil design in Civil 3D plus stormwater hydrology, drainage hydraulics, and modelling tools.
• Prepare high‑quality calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Deliver construction monitoring and contract administration across varied development sites.
• Work directly with clients, councils, contractors, and community stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering (land development preferred).
• CPEng ideal but not essential with strong capability.
• Strong NZ design skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate independently.
• A motivated, positive team approach.
