The Role

You will be responsible for producing and coordinating high‑quality Civil 3D models and technical drawing packages across a broad range of development infrastructure projects. Working closely with engineers, project leads and multidisciplinary design teams, you will support projects from early planning stages through to detailed design and construction delivery. Typical work will include highways design, drainage infrastructure, site levels, earthworks, utility coordination and wider civil infrastructure associated with major developments. The role offers exposure to a diverse workload ranging from residential‑led masterplans and mixed‑use developments to commercial schemes, urban regeneration projects and the growing data centre sector.
