• Handle property & specialty claims from first notification to settlement and recovery.
• Assign loss adjusters / surveyors for investigations when required.
• Investigate loss circumstances to ensure proper handling and progression.
• Apply technical knowledge of P&E claims, policy wordings, clauses, exclusions, etc.
• Participate in continuous improvement for Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes.
• Collaborate with the PSR team to maintain adherence to best practice protocols, aligned with AIG Global Standards.
• Demonstrate good practice of e‑filing documents into electronic folders.
• Complete other projects or tasks assigned from time to time.
