About The Role

We are looking for a committed and detail‑oriented Senior Claims Analyst to manage Motor TPBI claims and ensure fair, prompt, and accurate claim investigations and settlements. This role plays a key part in protecting our customers’ interests while upholding regulatory and company standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide prompt, fair, and high‑quality claims service to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Ensure claims are handled in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Claims Manual.
• Assess, review, and approve claim settlements, adjustments, and payments within assigned authority limits.
• Confirm policy coverage (including Section 96 matters) and coordinate documentation with third‑party solicitors.
• Appoint and work closely with adjusters for complex or suspicious claims investigations.
