Senior Claims Manager - Civil Claims (Victoria)

Avant Mutual is looking for a Senior Claims Manager to join our civil claims team in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will report directly to the Claims Team Manager (Civil Claims) in Victoria.

In addition to applicants from an MDO background, this role would be perfect for a practising solicitor who is looking to step away from billable hours and looking for work-life balance.

The key responsibilities include: 

• Managing a large portfolio of complex litigated civil claims.  
• Providing support and guidance to members throughout the claims process.
