Senior Claims Processing Officer F/M
This role exists to make sure our customers’ most complex claims are handled fairly, accurately and on time. When a case is high-cost, sensitive or complicated, it will often land on your desk.
It’s a good fit if you:
- Already know your way around medical, insurance, TPA or claims environments
- Enjoy getting into the details of a case and making clear, defensible decisions
- Are comfortable being the “go-to” person for tricky cases and for junior colleagues who need guidance
- Can balance customer empathy with policy, procedures and financial responsibility
You’ll also act as a deputy to the Team Leader when needed, helping keep the team on track and meeting service standards.
