Senior Claims Technician

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Claims Technician to join a specialist insurance business and play a key role in the investigation, reconciliation, and resolution of historic claims and accounting transactions. This position focuses on improving financial accuracy, reducing aged balances, and enhancing the integrity of claims and ledger records.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a range of stakeholders while contributing to process improvement initiatives and strengthening operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve aged and outstanding insurance broking account (IBA) ledger transactions.
• Reconcile historic claims balances, cash entries, and unmatched financial items.
