Opportunity Description
As Senior Client Development Manager (M/F), you will be responsible for the strategy and deployment of client initiatives within TAG Heuer’s omnichannel network. You will lead a team of five talents dedicated to overseeing all one-to-one client activations, from recruitment to upgrade through implementing actions aimed at strengthening client loyalty across retail, e-commerce, and Client Service Center, thereby enhancing client experience and optimizing lifetime value.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Client Development strategy for TAG Heuer in line with the brand’s overall objectives and those of the various markets.
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of 5 talents specialized in clienteling, top client management, CSC Management and retail event organization.
